Nestguard is not only my user name but also the name of an ongoing bird nest box research project, which started as a hobby but the more I got involved, it has at one point become more serious and scientific.

The project has a couple of aims 

Our interest is to monitor the bird nest life cycle in a standard way and within established safety procedures and rules
