Tessa James (born April 17, 1991) is an Australian actress. Tessa is probably best known for portraying Nicole Franklin in the Australian soap opera Home and Away, a role she has played since 2008.
Tessa had a long term guest role in the Australian soap opera Neighbours playing the character Anne Baxter, the biological daughter of Janelle and Kim Timmins
April 18, 2008 marked her debut episode on Home and Away as Nicole Franklin. Tessa has joined the cast full time and has signed a three year contract.
Tessa completed her primary school years at Park Orchards Primary School in Melbourne from 1996 - 2002.
She completed Year 11 in 2007 at Methodist Ladies' College also in Melbourne, where she studied drama at T.A.F.T.A
Tessa also starred as Celestine in the short fantasy film, Hugo, released in 2008.
