Jisatsu Circle, also known as Suicide Club (2002) is a Japanese Independent film that gained a considerable amount of notoriety in film festivals for it's subject matter and gory presentation, which led to it becoming a minor cult movie. The movie was written and directed by Shion Sono. It deals with a wave of seemingly unconnected suicides that strikes Japan and the efforts of the police to determine the reasons behind this behavior.
