Mitch Garber (born Mitchell Alan Garber) is a Canadian business executive. From 2006-2008 Mr. Garber was CEO of PartyGaming plc (London Stock Exchange), the world's largest online gaming company.As CEO of PartyGaming Mr. Garber focused on internationalexpansion through mergers and acquisitions, acquiring companies in Israel, UK and Bulgaria. He also lead a focus on compliance and the company was awarded Operator and Socially Responsible Operator of the year honors.

Prior to joining PartyGaming, he was CEO of Optimal Payments Inc. (Nasdaq) from 2002-2006, and held senior executive positions at Terra Payments Inc. (Toronto Stock Exchange) from 1999-2002.

Mr. Garber holds a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Relations from McGill University (1986) and a Law Degree from the University of Ottawa (1989). He was a practicing attorney from 1990-1999 specializing in gaming related matters, and represented leading companies including MGM, IGT, Caesar's Windsor and others. During that time he was also a television and radio sportscaster in Montreal.

Mr. Garber is married with two sons and lives in Montreal, Canada.
