The 2008 PapaJohns.com Bowl will be the third edition of the college football bowl game, and will be played at Legion Field in Birmingham, Alabama. The game will be played starting at 2 PM US CST on Monday, December 29, 2008. The game, to be telecast on ESPN, will pit the Rutgers University Scarlet Knights against the North Carolina State University Wolfpack.
