About the Mall

Pearland Town Center features three anchor stores: Barnes and Noble, Dillard's, and Macy's. The mall is home to several restaurants and retail stores that are new to the Pearland area. There is a hotel, the Courtyard by Marriott, located adjacent to Barnes and Noble.

The Pearland Town Center marked the newest mall to open in the Houston area since Katy Mills Mall in 1998. It is also the newest Dillard's and Macy's location in Southeast Texas, since 2003.
