Cyrille Rose

Cyrille Rose, full name Chrysogone Cyrille Rose (Lestrem Pas-de-Calais, February 13 1830 - 1902/3?, Méaux?)[1] was an important French clarinet teacher and composer of pedagogical material for the clarinet still widely in use today.
Cyrille's teacher was Hyacinthe Klosé. He studied under Klosé at the Paris Conservatoire, gaining First Prize in 1847.
