Monson High School is a school of about 600 students located in Monson, Massachusetts. The school's construction started in 2000 and was finished in 2002. The Monson High School replaced the old Junior Senior High School which has now become Granite Valley Middle school. This is Monson's only high school and houses grades 9-12.

Athletics

Monson High School is also well known for their sports teams. Both their soccer and track and field teams are very well known around the area, yet Monson lacks a football team and many students are forced to go to near by town of Palmer, Massachusetts to play, playing off of Pathfinder Regional. In 2007 Monson has planned to have a new lacrosse team which is open for anyone from grades 7-12.
