Ritschert

Ričet is a Slovene national dish. It is a thick soup. It contains pot barley, beans, potatoes, carrots, parsley, celery, leeks, tomatoes, onions and garlic. There must be a sufficient amount of dried pork meat in it.

It has a reputation of being served to prisoners while they are incarcerated. File:Ričet.jpg
