Rose Jackson is the current (2005) University of Sydney Student Representative Council (SRC) President. She is currently undertaking a combined degree of Economics and Social Science/Law. Her election as President was one of the most contraversial in University history. Running under the National Organisation of Labor Students (NOLS) ticket she was accused of using intimadation and violence against other candidates. Rose was recently elected to the University Senate as the Undergraduate Representative for 2006 and as Delegate to the National Union of Students (NUS) for 2006 and as a Representative to the Students' Representative Council for 2006.
