Pickerington High School North
Pickerington High School North is a public high school in Pickerington, Ohio. It is one of two high schools in the Pickerington Local School District, the other school being Pickerington High School Central. The school's mascot is the panther and its teams take the name "Panthers". The levy for the zoning and planning of the school passed in 2001 and construction started in June 2001. The school opened on August 24, 2003 at 7:51 AM.
Pickerington Lakeview
Pickerington Lakeview Junior High School is the flagship school to Pickerington North. The junior high and high school are both located on the same campus (located at the corner of Refugee Rd, Pickerington Rd., and Ault Rd. Pickerington Lakeview is 7th and 8th grade. The school employs aprrox. 230 staff members and can hold a maximum of 1,000 students. The school has sports programs that include football, boys basketball, girls basketball, wrestling, cross country, track and field, baseball, and softball.

Cross Country
Pickerington North has a cross country program for the mens and womens teams. Both teams have made appearances at the state level. There have been many talented athletes in the program. They include and are not limited to Mallory Fetterman, Bailey Flask, Jamie Nichols, and Daniel Garleb. Pickerington North hosts the Regional Cross County meet. The coaches of Pickerington North Cross Country are Timothy Starkey for the mens, not to be confused with his twin Jim, and Jim Langanderfer, whom is normally call "Derf." The most famous person to be an assistant coach is Hunter Nichols, who is famous for winning twelve letters as a high school athlete and the first openly gay athlete to do so. It is common for these teams to win their league title.

Marching Band
The Pickerington High School North Marching Panther Band consists of approximately 200 students (as of 2008).
The band has competed in the Ohio Music Education Association's State Marching Band Competition since the school's opening in 2003.
During the 2002 school year, the Pickerington High School Marching Tiger Band had approximately 307 members.

Named Grand Champions of the entire Festival Disney Parade for marching and for colorguard in 2005. The panther band combined with the Tiger band for only two events: The 2003 Veteran's Day Parade in New York City, and the 117th Tournament of Roses Parade in 2006. The 2002-03 PHS Band was app. 310 members strong, in 2006 the PHS Band was 390 members strong. Both PHSC and PHSN Bands continue to grow.
