Hall of Fame Racing is a racing team that will compete in the NASCAR Nextel Cup series beginning in the 2006 season. The team is a joint venture between two former Dallas Cowboys football quarterbacks, Roger Staubach and Troy Aikman and is being initially supported by Joe Gibbs Racing. The team is headquartered in Dallas, Texas with its race shop maintained in Charlotte, North Carolina.

For the 2006 season, the team will be operating only one car, the #96 sponsored by Texas Instruments' DLP technology. No driver has been officially named yet, but speculation is currently heaviest on Tony Raines and Terry Labonte. One rumor has Labonte driving the #96 for the first few races of the season, which would give the team a guaranteed spot in the 2006 Daytona 500 because of Labonte's former champion exemption. Labonte would then be replaced by Raines after those initial races. An official driver announcement will be made on November 3, 2005 at Texas Motor Speedway leading into the Dickies 500.
