Well, you should only make user subpages that you need. All those pages on my userpage were significant to me at one point or another. At the moment, you don't have any user subpages, so this "banner" of sorts wouldn't be needed. If you're interested in userpage design, I could see who could help you out. And since the article I worked on (Partitive) is quite in stub-state, I don't see why you had to revert this. You only seem to accept changes by registered users, though?
