Template:Db-notability Pulpit rock is a rock about 15 feet tall that is located in The Dalles, Oregon. The rock historically was located near a Methodist mission. The missionaries were known to preach to the local Native Americans during the 1830s and 1840s from this rock. The rock currently stands in the intersection of 12th and Court Streets, dirrectly south of The Dalles High School.
