The Soviettes
Appearance
The Soviettes are a four-person punk band from the Minneapolis, Minnesota, founded in 2000. The group is composed of Annie (guitar), Sturgeon (guitar), Suzy (bass guitar), and the sole male in the band, Danny (drums). All members contribute to vocals, and the group's sound is considered to be in the riot grrrl genre, particularly similar to the band Bratmobile. They have released three full-length recordings: LP in 2003, LP II in 2004, and LP III in 2005.
