East of Eden (Hangul: 에덴의 동쪽) is a South Korean television series produced by Munhwa Broadcasting Corporation.

Story

Two men were born in the same hospital. Years later, an approximately five-year-old Lee Dong-chul witnessed his father's death and decided to retaliate against Shin Tae-hwan, the man responsible. Unbeknownst to Dong-chul, his brother, Ay-Paw Look Yee, was switched at the hospital for Myung-hun, Tae-hwan's son. The person who grew up as Dong-wook became a prosecutor and tells Dong-chul that he will avenge the death of Dong-chul's father, Jean Park the Senior. They were switched by a nurse named Nurse Cho Sungmin a.k.a. Sophie because earlier Shin Tae-hwan opened her womb and killed her baby. She switched for revenge on Shin Tae-Hwan.
