I've read that this material is generally edible Is there a most structurally strong version that is human digestable I'd like to make a high calorie edible grass like narrow diameter sugarcane where the structural hemipolystarch is human digestable yet strong
any notes on high AMU hemipolystarches that are digestable is appreciated
