"Tegami ~Haikei Juugo no Kimi e~" (手紙 ～拝啓 十五の君へ～) is the eighth Japanese single by Angela Aki and it was released on September 17, 2008. It is the theme song for the new season of the music program Minna no Uta and is also the image song for Japan's 75th nationwide school singing contest which is co-hosted by NHK. The song managed to reach #3 on the Oricon Weekly Charts and has so far sold 202,618 copies.
The song was ranked at 25th on "Billboard Japan Hot 100 Songs" [1]
