Talk:Ardie Davis
I'm contesting the speedy deletion of the Wikipedia entry for Ardie Davis. Ardie is a notable figure in the barbecue circuit and has been pivotal in establishing barbecue competitions, as well as the notable Greasehouse University, which are still active today. While Ardie is less well-known outside of the competitive barbecue world, I believe his status within that community gives good reason to include him in Wikipedia.
