Shilpa Anand (born Shilpa Shivanand on 10 December 1982,Hindi: शिल्पा आनन्द,), is an Indian television and movie actress. She is the younger sister of Sakshi Shivanand, another actor who inspired her to act.

Career
Shilpa Anand, is an actor. Her claim to fame was Star One's show Dill Mill Gaye (actually spelt Dill Mill Gayye). She portrayed the role of the protagonist Dr. Riddhima Gupta, daughter of Dr. Shashank Gupta. She falls in love with Dr. Armaan Mallik (her co-star: Karan Singh Grover). However, due to some problems with the production house, Shilpa Anand had to quit with Dill Mill Gayye and wanted to move onto movies. Shilpa Anand was very successful in Dill Mill Gayye and lifted the popularity of the show and the channel. Her character was replaced by Sukirti Kandpal who has also now quit and is being replaced by Jennifer Winget.
Personal Life
Shilpa is dating Parikshit since the past 8 years but has no plans of marriage. She lives in Mumbai with her parents in her flat.
