for your recent request to become an administrator. I see that you withdrew your request, and, under the circumstances, I can understand why. I myself might have had to oppose on the basis of some of the troubling actions I saw mentioned. But I have every reason to believe that, in time, the problems can be overcome, and that you do have the makings of a good administrator. If you were to want to consider going into administrator training at Wikipedia:Admin coaching, I think that might help too. But I have every reason to believe that you do have the makings of a good admin, and I am grateful that you considered the possibility. Believe me, we need all the help we can get. Thanks again. Thank you for your encouragement. I have been visiting many admin pages lately and building up more experience. Yes, I have already overcome many of my problems.
