What's the Movie About?

I just read the main article and am left wondering whether this is a comedy, thriller, adventure movie, tragedy, or what? If the movie is about a housewife suffering from a general malaise wrongly attributed to allergies, wouldn't it more closely resemble the television series Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman or The Odd Couple?

Since many other movie entries here at Wikipedia have links to the Internet Movie Database at http://www.imdb.com, could somebody add one to the bottom of the main article?

If the movie is actually about housewives that exhibit the symptoms of a psychosomatic disease, maybe the movie The Odd Couple is the most relevant influence worth noting?

Distribution Deals

Considering the theme, and how politically incorrect it would be to make a comedy along those lines, did Todd Haynes have a difficult time distributing his movie?
