I Believe is the second studio album of the Christian Hip Hop/Rock Band Rapture Ruckus from Wellington New Zealand. The Album was released through Parachute Records, part of Parachute Music which hosts the Parachute Music Festival every year in Hamilton New Zealand. After the commercial success of the Band's first album Rapture Ruckus which was released in 2002 and Sold several thousand Albums and got them signed to Parachute records the Band began recording I Believe in Late 2005. Taking seven Months from Start to Finish the Band released the Rapture Ruckus Limited Edition EP at the Parachute Music Festival to tide fans over until the Album was released. Contain Five tracks, two of which were live the EP build up anticipation amongst fans as the Band finished off the Album. On the 30th November 2006 I Believe was released, it spawned the Hit[citation needed] singles, "Freight Train," "I Believe," and "Lose control." It went on to become the most sold Christian Album in New Zealand for the next six months[citation needed] and won the Band the 2006 Gospel/Christian Album of the Year at the New Zealand Music Awards.[1][2]
