I’m named for Diana the goddess of the Moon & hunt in Roman mythology. My parents are from the former Czechoslovakia, but I’m all American.

I’m on a crusade to dispel the myth that blondes are dumb! I’m an Astrophysicist and professor of Astronomy. My research interests are in Cosmology, galaxy formation, and general relativistic analysis of AGN & the thermodynamics of super-massive galactic center black holes - and yes, I have curly blonde hair and blue-green eyes :-)
