Alan Austerman is a Republican member of the Alaska House of Representatives, representing the 36th District since 2008. [1] He is currently serving on the Finance Committee. He also chairs the Commerce, Community & Economic Development and Environmental Conservation Finance Subcommittee, for the 26th Legislature.[2] Alan Austerman previously served as an Alaska State Senator from 2000-2003, and before that he represented the 36th district in the House from 1994-1999. [3]
