i am wondering why manipulative the entry about the Ningbo Expatriate Movement was deleted from the site. it is an essential part of the development of Ningbo City. The Expatriates in Ningbo are the first legally registered organization under China law. For example the German Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai is NOT a legal registered organization. It is only tolerated because related to the government. It is not even registered in Shanghai. COIC is legal and independent and registered. This is a mile stone and should not be censored from publishing in Wikipedia. NingboExpat (talk) 00:23, 10 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
