The Marsh Rice Rat (Oryzomys palustris) is a species of rodent in the Cricetidae family. It is found only in the United States. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical swamps, subtropical or tropical seasonally wet or flooded lowland grassland, swamps, and saline marshes.
