+1 can mean:

  • +1, the ITU country code for the North American Numbering Plan Area, including the United States, Canada, and parts of the Caribbean
  • +1, a suffix attached to the name of a timeshift channel to indicate that it plays its shows one hour later than its parent channel
  • A way of voting on mailing lists and forums, used by the Apache Software Foundation and other open source organizations
    • By extension, a way to signify "yes" or agreement (often with a quoted post) on internet forums and similar media
  • A notation on the guest list for night clubs and similar venues to indicate that people who do not have to pay or wait in line may also bring an additional guest
  • +1, J-Pop singer Kaela Kimura's fourth album
