Timočka Krajina (Serbian: Timočka Krajina or Тимочка Крајина, Vlach/Romanian: Valea Timocului or Timoc), located in Serbia and Montenegro, is a geographic region of eastern Serbia around the river Timok. Timočka Krajina roughly corresponding to Bor and Zaječar districts, and includes 8 municipalities: Zaječar, Bor, Negotin, Knjaževac, Sokobanja, Kladovo, Boljevac and Majdanpek. The main town in the region is Zaječar.

The region is rich in copper and gold mines, especially in the Bor and Majdanpek areas
