Lokar is a crimnal meance who fights Space Ghost.
SPACE GHOST AND DINO BOY
Lokar shows up in one episode Space Ghost and Dino Boy called "Lokar-King of the Killer Locustes. In the episode he was a ruler of a bunch of killer locusts that fought Space Ghost. Lokar set a trap that was able to capture Space Ghost's sidekicks Jan , Jace , and Bimlp. Space Ghost freed his sidekicks , and stopped Lokar's plan.
SPACE GHOST COAST TO COAST
Lokar is a suporting character on Space Ghost Coast To Coast voiced by Andy Merrill who also voiced Brak and Clarence (Brak). In this show he was a member of the Council of Doom unlike the first show. The writers of the show said Lokar was probably gay. Lokar on the show liked lituture and books.
