Adriana Karembeu (born Adriana Sklenaříková on 17 September 1971 in Slovakia) is a Slovakian fashion model, and swimwear and lingerie model, who is currently not very active in the field. She is more active in married life.
Biography
Ariana Karembeu was born to a Slovakian mother and a Czech father named Sklernakova in Brezno, a small town in central Slovakia (then a part of Czechoslovakia). Having originally studied medicine some in the city Prague, she gave up her studies to become a fashion model. She was also hired as of the models for the Wonderbra, and she was popular in Europe for her Wonderbra billboards.[1]
On 22 December 1998, Adriana married the French citizen football (soccer) player Christian Karembeu, and she adopted his surname. The Karembeus reside permanently in Paris, France, but she has also lived in various cities in Europe such as Athens, Madrid, Middlesbrough, England.[2] Karembeu is a vegetarian.
