Kowalski is one of four penguins in the movie Madagascar and in the show The Penguins of Madagascar. Kowalski is looked to for options or analysis. Kowalski spends spare time either relaxing (like the rest) or trying new inventions. Kowalski's dearest thing to him is his clipboard. Kowalski's voice is played by Chris Miller in the movie and in the show, he is played by Jeff Glen Bennett. Kowalski knows his science like no other penguin would, but he can't read. None of the other penguins can either.File:51083-26598.gif
