Ris Low is Singapore's contestant in the Miss World 2009 pageant. [1]

There has been some criticism of her ability to speak English well. [2] [3]

Low is studying for a diploma in travel & tourism [4] and one in nursing at Singapore's Management Development Institute of Singapore [5].
