The 2013 Rugby Sevens World Cup will be the sixth edition of the Rugby sevens world cup. Russia has expressed an interest to tender for the event[1] and Scotland is currently considering an application[2]. The IRB has stated that the Rugby Sevens World Cup would be scrapped if Rugby Sevens was to be included in the Olympic Program in 2016,[3] meaning that this would most likely be the last edition of the Cup.
