- Вы арбитр, а АК - инстанция, назначающая и контролирующая чекюзеров. Один из чекюзеров признавался, что владелец "попугайчиков" находится на расстоянии 800 км от Смартасса и чтобы объяснить это противречие некоторые деятели толкали странные теории о загадочных командировках. 800 км - это как от Москвы до Казани, делать Смартассу больше нечего как уезжать за 800 км и писать полнейшую ерунду на грани вандализма.
