Miller-Motte College

Miller-Motte Technical College is a chain of technical colleges throughout the Southern United States[1]. The school is accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools[2].

History

Miller-Motte was founded in 1916, in Wilmington, NC, as a small training facility for courtroom stenographers.

In 1998, the school was acquired by Delta Educational Systems, Inc.[3]

Campus locations

Miller-Motte operates campuses in nine Southern cities: Cary, NC, Charleston, SC, Chattanooga, TN, Clarksville, TN, Greenville, NC, Lynchburg, VA, Nashville, TN, Raleigh, NC, and Wilmington, NC[1].

Online campus

In August 2009 Miller-Motte College launched a Bachelor’s of Science degree completion program, Miller-Motte College Online. The site, www.millermotte.edu [4], offers four degree programs: Business Administration, Allied Health Management, Nursing and Criminal Justice.
