The Said Khoury IT Center of Excellence (SKITCE) is the information technology center at Al-Quds University. The center was established in 2003 with the help of the American Near East Refugee Aid (ANERA). The costs of establishing the center were donated by Mr. Said Khoury. The center is a member of the Network of IT Center of Excellence.
