Washington Inside-Out is the B-side of Radio Russia, a novelty record by Dickie Goodman released on Rhino Records in 1983.

The record is a satire of the Reagan Administration, among other political events in 1983. This was Goodman's attempt to recreate his previous political-themed records from the 1970's. He even sampled the telephone ring from Energy Crisis '74. This record also appeared on the compilation LP "Dickie Goodman's Greatest Hits".
