Haig Sare (born 25/3/1982) is an Australian rugby union player. He plays as centre or winger for the Western Force in the Super 14.

Haig Sare missed most of the 2008 season after a a fight with teammate Matt Henjak left him with a broken jaw. Henjak was fired by the Force for the incident.
