Lilith Saintcrow (also known as Anna Beguine) writes mainly paranormal romance and urban fantasy. She was born in New Mexico and spent significant time living in the UK as a "military brat". Her trials and tribulations can be found on her blog[1], detailing the home schooling of her children and her struggles with her weight and her difficult relationship her mother. She currently resides in Vancouver, Washington, USA. Saintcrow (who's birth name was Linda) is estranged from her husband[2] yet continues to diligently write. Saintcrow is also an avid user of the Twitter application for social networking.[3]

Additionally, Saintcrow's first book was a self-published collection of poetry. Exact numbers are not known, but it is believed only several hundred copies were printed. This thin volume was financed by a loan from her youngest sister. No publisher or ISBNISBN information is present in the book.

She has also published several short stories and the free online serial Selene[4] (with characters from her Dante Valentine series).
All of Saintcrow's books (only published in Trade Paperback form, as a result of the extremely limited audience) can be found at well below retail price on Ebay and used book shops in the greater Vancouver area[5].
