PlayFirst is a San Francisco-based publisher of casual games. The company was founded in 2004. PlayFirst's biggest commercial success to date has been the Diner Dash series with its spin-off Wedding Dash, as well as Chocolatier and Dream Chronicles.

PlayFirst has published games by developers including Big Splash Games, Mean Hamster Software, Gamelab, KatGames, Mind Control Software, PiEyeGames, Mystery Studio, Say Design and Foundation 9 Entertainment.

Diner Dash was originally created by Gamelab. Due to its success, PlayFirst covered the other three sequels and finally launched spin-offs. The company also has an internal game development studio that created Mystery of Shark Island and Wedding Dash.
