Susan (Sue) Lynne Decker (born 1963) was the President of Yahoo! Inc. She announced her intention to resign from the Board on January 13, 2009, following the appointment of Carol Bartz as CEO, a job for which Decker had herself contended.

Decker was Chief Financial Officer at Yahoo from 2000 to 2007. During this time she held two other positions at the company. From 2002 to 2007 she was executive vice president of finance and administration, and from 2006 to 2007 she was executive vice president of the Advertiser and Publisher Group.

Before joining Yahoo in 2000, Decker spent 14 years with investment bank Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, initially as an analyst and later (1998-2000) as Director of Global Research.

Decker graduated from Tufts University with a Bachelor of Science in computer science and economics. She then graduated with an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Decker is currently on the boards of directors of Berkshire Hathaway, Intel and Costco, and has previously served on the boards of Pixar and the Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research.[1]

Decker is married with three children and lives in Marin county.
