Northampton High School is a 4-year secondary school located in the town of Northampton, Massachusetts. The student body is composed of approximately 900 students, supported by 75 professional staff.[1] Athletics include varsity teams in football, soccer, swimming, baseball, lacrosse, wrestling, track & field, cross country, field hockey, crew, and Ultimate Frisbee.
Within the school is a 350 occupant theater, library, gymnasium, and band rehearsal rooms.
Northampton High School also has one of the strongest girls varsity basketball programs in the state. The Northampton High School Girls Varsity Basketball team won the Massachusetts Girls Division 1 Basketball Championship for the 2007-2008 season.
