Bill Switzer

Bill Switzer is an Canadian actor. While he has voiced several roles in anime, he was also Philthy from Mythquest and the voice of Harvey Kinkle from Sabrina: The Animated Series and Sam "Cannonball" Guthrie from X-Men: Evolution.
