Pempho Kafoteka is the owner of Rush Records Malawi. A company that specializes in the the promotion and management of urban artists.

He is also the owner of Timve Media Group, a company that has a studio called Baseline and an online Magazine called Timve Magazine. Timve Media Group is a partnership between Pempho Kafoteka and Sonyezo Kandoje
