MANswers is a half-hour, magazine-style TV series which airs on Spike TV in the United States and is designed to appeal to men aged 18-35. Each segment of the show begins with a hyperactive announcer asking an outrageous-sounding trivia question, which is then answered in a comedic but fact-based fashion using a combination of "talking head" expert interviews, stock footage and good-looking, semi-nude women (and occasionally "dudes") acting out various aspects of the answer in an over-the-top manner.

A typical MANswers episode consists of 6 to 7 segments, all of which deal primarily with getting laid, getting high, getting away with illegal activities and other "unclassifiable" topics (i.e., which animal has the most human-like vagina.)

Originally a Japanese game show, the format was licensed by Spike TV, which then hired American TV production company Super Delicious (70s House, Farmer Takes a Wife) to develop it into a format which would appeal to American audiences.
