The American Snuff Company (till 2010: Conwood Sales Co., LLC) is a division of Reynolds American, a major tobacco company. Conwood was acquired by Reynolds American in mid-2006 for $3.5 billion in cash. It now generates nearly 7% of Reynolds American's annual revenue[1].

Conwood makes the Hawken Wintergreen Tobacco, (Hawken only comes in one flavor and that is wintergreen) Grizzly and Kodiak brands of moist tobacco and is the second largest manufacturer of smokeless tobacco products in the US. Conwood also makes loose-leaf tobacco (including Morgan's, Levi Garrett, and Taylor's Pride brands), snuff (Garrett, Dental, and Tube Rose brands), and an assortment of other smokeless tobacco products (including twist, moist, and plug).
