Protection

Due to vandilism I requested for this page to be protected, however it was declined.

semi-protection Vandilism, many IP's and real members choose this place to say "Hi" to others which is right to do.--Stealth (talk) 02:04, 10 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Declined – Not enough recent disruptive activity to justify protection. Tiptoety talk 05:31, 10 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Even though it has been declined I agree with Stealth500. I have been watching this page and it has been frequently been improved. Even the IP user above this message doesn't fail to understand that it is right to greet everybody in this talk page.Mooncrest (talk) 15:01, 29 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Should we delete this article?

I was wondering if it's possible to keep this article because I see a use of it.Mooncrest (talk) 22:11, 6 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I think we should! it shows signs of usage. I mean people usually don't know what "hi" means they just search it for the fun of it, which i think ok to do. It's very usefull. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Vancouvercanucks (talkcontribs) 03:17, 18 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

There is no reason to delete this page. It exists as a disambiguation page to point readers to articles that can be represented by the letters "HI", either as part of the title (Hi Records) or as an acronym (Hydrogen iodide). The explanation that hi is another word for hello is rather an inconsequential part of this page and is only included for completeness. Road Wizard (talk) 07:49, 18 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

nooooooo! Don't delete the page! What if someone doesn't know what 'hi' means!!!! December 20,2008 Silentstar —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.137.184.182 (talk) 14:05, 20 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I think that Road Wizard is totally right. So what if people search 'hi' for fun? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.137.184.182 (talk) 21:12, 11 February 2009 (UTC) say hi.that is hi. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.251.66.57 (talk) 23:01, 21 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Well there's no freaking reason that we should delete the page. What of it if some people search the page for fun? It's not like It's gonna kill anyone. MaximumOwlfalcon (talk) 04:04, 8 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
