Edward "Eddie" Roy Patten (August 2, 1939–February 25, 2005) was an Atlanta, Georgia-born R&B/soul singer, best known as a member of Gladys Knight & the Pips. He was lead singer Gladys Knight's cousin.

Patten suffered from diabetes, and died of a stroke in Livonia, Michigan on February 25, 2005 at the age of 65. He is interred at Woodlawn Cemetery.
