Gardens for Health International (GHI), an American 501(c)(3), partners with the Rwandese Network for People Living with HIV/AIDS to enable HIV-positive individuals to improve their nutrition and health through low-cost, sustainable agricultural practices. The organization supplies inputs such as seed, tools, and land advocacy, for home and community gardens. The co-directors of the organization are 2009 recipients of the Echoing Green Fellowship.
